We may collect personal contact information when you register for our events, signup for information online, or make a donation online. We use this information to communicate with you about programs, activities and events. We never rent or sell our list. We may occasionally communicate about events or resources from partner organizations, but those emails will always come from us, and your information will never be distributed.

You may opt-out of receiving communication from us at any time. Every email we send has an opt-out link at the bottom. You may opt-out of paper-mailings by calling our office or sending us your request by mail, fax or email. See details below.
USE OF COOKIES
As with most other Internet sites, our web servers utilize “cookies” to track a user’s activity within our site as well as record the IP address of each visitor to this site. HOW TO MODIFY YOUR INFORMATION OR OPT-OUT
We give users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service; or for changing or modifying information previously provided.
When contacting us to make changes, include information that will help us identify you on our lists (name, mailing address, or email address where you received communications, and what sort of mailings or emails you received.). We will honor your request promptly. Upon your request, emails will cease within 1 week. It may take up to 2-3 weeks to process a paper-mail opt-out because there may already be mailings in the printing/mailing cycle.
