The youth of Higher M-Pact weathered the hot temperatures to experience The 2011 Chalk Walk Festival. The youth had a wonderful time and felt great about being a part of a significant community event. Dozens of people complimented their work and even took pictures, which made them quite proud. Even though they were surrounded by professional artists, they took great pride in representing VML.
